About Me
My name is Lindsey Gordon and I love using my creative skills for others. I may specialize in web design but I have lots of other artistic abilities I am accomplished at, such as painting, writing, jewelry making, and graphic art. But for right now, I will tell you how I started designing websites. I started designing websites when I was about 13 or 14. I had seen many interesting websites from browsing the Internet and decided that I wanted to make my own. I began creating sites one after another just for fun, thus improving my skills. I loved knowing that I made a place on the Internet for myself. I decided to become a freelance web designer a few years later when my mother called me up one day asking if I could build a webstie for a woman she knew. My mother had told her about me and how I was always designing web sites in my spare time. After designing her web site, she recommended me to some of her friends and within no time I was actually making money doing something I enjoyed! I decided I would continue to put myself out there and offer my talent to others, and that's how I became a freelance web designer.
